Safety and well-being at work in work performed in another person’s home
Care and nursing services are increasingly being carried out in customers’ homes. As a working environment, work performed in another person’s home differs from the traditional work performed in the employer’s premises, although the same regulations apply regardless of the premises.
The purpose of this guide is to assist employees, supervisors, health and safety personnel and employers in implementing safe and healthy work.Occupational safety and well-being at work are best achieved when the employer and employees know their own obligations and commit to promoting things together.
